Design, fabrication and installation of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic presses for the automotive, aerospace, consumer product, defense and construction industries. Types of hydraulic presses include metal, cold and superplastic forming, forging, deep drawing, hot stamping, compression molding, coining, heated platen, pulp bailing, extrusion, compaction, mold/trim, research and spotting. Available in pre-stressed housing, side slab, monolithic, multi-frame, 4-column and gap frame styles. Press capacity ranges up to 20,000 tons. Comes with single or multi-point cushions, rotary and shuttle tables, laser scanners, LED lights, fixed or sliding safety gates, die/scrap conveyors, roller hearth or stack ovens rolling bolsters and other options. Used presses and inspection, repair, rebuild and upgrade services are also provided. On-time delivery.
